Suites with scenic city views and steps from the library, university center, basketball arena and recreation center await students in the West Campus Housing of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. NBA served as the design and development architects for the project located on Vine and Houston Streets. The buildings, enhanced with stainless-steel panels and walls of windows, accommodates 600 beds in 170 one and two-bedrooms suites. Two levels of underground parking ensure an efficient use of the parcel to maximize housing units. The complex includes ground level lounges, multipurpose rooms and retail and food outlets, and the upper levels provide a large common area for each floor.
