Having outgrown their previous space, EcoVest Capital truly wanted a complete change in environment that embodied their mission statement, openness, transparency and the intersection of competing agendas. From the moment that employees and guests step into the elevator lobby of their new office, they are welcomed with an abundance of natural light and an eye-catching monumental moss wall featuring a backlit company logo. The lobby is anchored by a self-serve hospitality counter which doubles as a touchdown meeting zone, creating a welcoming hub right at the entry. Active zones, including the café and flexible workspaces, are intertwined among the private neighborhoods, achieving the client-driven goal of improving culture and connectivity within the office.
