Dominating the DYE I NBA Aviation design of a private jet terminal and hangar for fixed-base operator Million Air, is a large steel superstructure supporting a tensile fabric arrival canopy that cantilevers out 80 feet to allow protected covering for deplaning passengers. Located 8.5 miles from El Paso, the 9,843 sf executive terminal and 23,383 sf hangar provide a new level of luxury for highflyers. The deluxe aviation terminal features a cafe, refreshment bar, pilot’s lounge, snooze rooms, state-of-the-art flight planning room and a multimedia conference room. The pre-engineered metal hangar has a 5-panel, rolling-door system with a maximum clear opening of 120 feet and room on one side for future offices.
