Over the course of his 30+ years with the firm, Jeff Smith has completed projects with half billion dollar budgets, the largest university housing project to earn LEED Gold certification and Atlanta's Olympic Village. His latest focus is on complex multi-use projects that incorporate residential, retail and commercial spaces.

Jeff has an impressive track record in pushing projects forward and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. He has worked extensively on the design of large scale university developments, among them the 1996 Olympic Village for Georgia State University, a 2,279-bed campus village for San Jose State University, the LEED Gold certified housing complex for Cal Poly and the Rutgers University live/learn center. His other projects include the design and management of a multi-phased corporate headquarters facility for a national restaurant developer.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame in 1986 and joined NBA shortly after graduation. His professional and civic activities and associations include the Metro Marietta Kiwanis, the Planning Committee of the Marietta First Presbyterian Church and the Society of College and University Planning.
