Summary
Located in the heart of midtown Atlanta at the edge of Piedmont Park, Luxe is a luxury mixed-use high-rise building with unobstructed views of Piedmont Park and downtown Atlanta. Completed in the Fall of 2008, Luxe is 21 stories with 16 residential stories over five levels of parking. Public parks, restaurants and mass transportation all are within walking distance of the 1.24-acre development. The exterior facades of the multifamily project are primarily glass curtain wall and stucco. The building is accented by extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing on each of the four corners, providing tremendous views in two directions. The featured southeast corner of the property is emphasized by a round glass feature which provides views from downtown through the park. This feature is punctuated with an internally illuminated glass icon at the top.
