The planning and coordination required by complex construction projects are right in Andrea’s wheelhouse. Task-oriented, she knows how to get clients, consultants and the internal team what they need and when they need it.

Understanding that organization is key to smooth sailing for large multi‐family building complexes, Andrea sets the tone through exacting planning to meet budgeting and scheduling goals. Her attention to detail in project administration and code analysis pays off in permit and construction sets that need little adjustment, saving time, money, and keeping people and plans moving forward.

Andrea attended the Catholic University of America, where she got a Bachelor and a Master of Architecture. She brings 20 years of experience to NBA and serves as a mentor to junior colleagues in the DC office. She also represents the firm at university and college career events.
