Daniel Schlossberg, aia
project manager
For Daniel, the mindset is never “if” but “how,” so the question becomes not whether goals are achievable but what’s the best way to find success. His key to overcoming constraints is open communication among clients, consultants, and architects.
The mountain never seems too high for Daniel to climb. He relishes taking on challenging sites with demanding requirements and coming up with complex yet coherent design solutions. He evaluates each project by looking at how it measures up to client expectations, its sensitivity to its surroundings and the emotion it evokes in the client, the end user, and the city in which it’s built. And he’s there every step of the way, from conceptual feasibility studies through design, permitting and construction. The ability to harness a team’s distinct individuals—each of whom brings a unique passion, skillset, and background—into a common cause is where Daniel truly stands out. Though he’s worked on a variety of building types from student housing to hospitality to military, he particularly enjoys taking on the complexity of high-rise, urban infill multifamily developments. His efforts in this area earned him the Generation Atlanta, 2021 Aurora Award Silver Honor for Best Multifamily Housing Community.
Daniel is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Architecture.
