To accommodate the site’s steep pitch, the development relies on a terraced design, transitioning from a five-story light-timber wrap structure to a seven-story, five-over-two mid-rise at Huff Road. The bold use of various exterior materials and the interplay of vertical and horizontal elements gives the building its Bauhaus-inspired personality. At the building entry, an urban plaza uniquely integrates dynamic hardscaping and a grassy knoll into one space that will include a future standalone retail structure.
