Gordon brings a unique perspective to the project team as both a licensed architect and licensed general contractor. Valued as a team player, he has a talent for developing solutions to real problems in the complex industry of design and construction.

Gordon bridges the design and construction disciplines and assists in identifying solutions and alternatives that reflect both the quality design NBA is known for while meeting the test of constructability and quality. He monitors project team performance during the design phase with an emphasis on constructability and is responsible for construction phase services, remediation and due diligence. His recent focus has been on multifamily, including student housing, condos and market rate apartments, mixed-use complexes, renovation, remediation, commercial and institutional buildings. He has also been instrumental in the development of the firm’s quality assurance program.

Gordon attended the University of Tennessee and received a Bachelor of Architecture. He is a Certified General Contractor in multiple states and a Registered Architect in eight states. Gordon brings 43 years of experience to NBA, which he joined in 1993.
