The property offers 280 apartment-style units for upperclassmen in studio, one, two and four-bedroom configurations. Interior amenities include opportunities for both passive and active study, with private study rooms on every floor and an on-site innovation center that serve as a business incubator for students. Two large exterior courtyards create a sense of community and offer space for recreation. Additional amenities include hammocks, table tennis and barbecue grills.
