reisha allport-Marie, RA, LEED AP
Associate Principal
For Reisha, successful design is contingent on working with people who bring different perspectives to the table. She finds that impressive solutions often arise from the juxtaposition of opposing philosophies.
Commitment and communication with her team and with clients contribute to Reisha’s winning formula. By carefully considering each person’s ideas and opinions, she ensures that everyone becomes a partner in a project’s success. Clients trust her knowledge of applicable codes, her attention to detail and quality control, and her follow through at every stage of the process. She specializes in on and off campus student housing and mixed-use developments, as well as low-income housing. Reisha’s approachable demeanor also makes her a valued mentor for newer hires at NBA.
She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Architecture from Miami Dade College, a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Florida International University and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University. Reisha is a founding member of a mentoring program for young designers at NBA and serves on the Revit committee working to introduce and integrate technological advances throughout the firm.
