Summary
How do you re-imagine a four-building office park as a modern gathering and working space in the post-Covid environment? The NBA interiors team assessed the property, prioritized key areas for renovation, and identified where value could be added with new amenities. The result includes a revamped atrium with new usable coworking and lounge space for all tenants. A feature light fixture was also added to the space, making a glowing statement visible from the courtyard at night. Additional property improvements include a refreshed indoor/outdoor cafe, updated courtyard with various types of additional seating, and a popular newly created fitness center with yoga room and showers.
