Summary
Residences at The Pass is the latest addition to NoDa, Charlotte’s historic arts and entertainment district, and is part of a community development plan that encompasses new buildings, restored warehouses and outdoor gathering spaces. The attractive exterior alternates smooth fiber cement panels with lap siding above brick veneer, and for accent, the corner units display a different batten pattern and color. Glazed openings surrounded by brick at ground level and at the rooftop above visually open the vibrant activity of the community to the street.
