Dustin S. Willis, AIA
Sr. project manager
Dustin understands projects are balancing acts that weigh the needs of a client with the reality of construction. His openness to compromise and collaboration are a big reason why he’s able to tip the scales for success.
While Dustin takes a methodical approach to design, he’s always eager to learn and solicit the input of clients, contractors and the design team. By cultivating these positive relationships, he has emerged as a leader in the areas of senior housing, all styles of multifamily construction, and commercial retail projects. He actively seeks out opportunities to educate and mentor young and up-and-coming members of the firm. In acknowledgement of his efforts in encouraging and developing architectural talent, Dustin received an AIA Special Award of Recognition while serving as the organization’s Communications Chair for Young Architects Forum of Atlanta.
Dustin has a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University. He is involved with NBA’s Revit architectural software training and recruiting new talent for the firm.
