The Lodge at Blalock Lakes preserves the rustic charm of a private hunting retreat, while offering the modern amenities that its members expect.  Blalock Lakes represents a new concept in community/sporting club planning and green space conservation.  The 3,000-acre tract is developed for 400 residences with 1,500 acres preserved for greenspace, equestrian trails, bird hunting, clay shooting and 200 acres of fishing lakes. The Lodge at Blalock Lakes was awarded “EarthCraft Light Commercial Project of the Year” in 2009.
