Outgoing and detail oriented, Kimberly has taken advantage of opportunities to expand her knowledge of the business, rising from an administrative assistant to her current position. Skilled in strategic planning, budgeting and logistics as well as client relations, she is involved in proposal and contract preparation and works closely with project managers to assess staffing needs. Kimberly oversees recruitment practices and advises NBA’s CEO and President on innovations in recruitment and hiring, and maintains an active internal and external network to ensure the firm reaches the best candidates.
Kimberly joined NBA in 2015 and has 17 years of customer service experience. She is a member of Ashford Park Friends of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Previously, she was active in the National Association for Activity Professionals, National Association for Professional Women and Leading Age of Georgia, where she was a guest speaker at the organization’s Everyday Activity and Social Worker Conference.
