Jacksonville State University - West Village Housing
Jacksonville, Alabama

Summary
Jacksonville State University’s West Village housing is the highly anticipated follow-up to NBA’s North Village Hall, which opened in 2024. Scheduled to be complete before the start of the fall 2026 semester, the West Village project will replace housing built in the 60s as part of JSU’s 20-year master plan to further expand the university’s commitment to providing modern, student-centered living spaces that create a thriving, connected campus experience. With 717 beds in spacious apartment and suite-style units, the complex is designed to foster both individual privacy and community engagement. Located adjacent to the baseball and soccer fields, the housing will offer students easy access to athletics while also featuring amenities like study and lounge spaces and special interest meeting group spaces on the first floor.
