In looking to the big picture beyond the project aesthetics and space planning, James is able to steer the team to meet the client’s overarching goals. His response to pressure is to motivate everyone to row in the same direction.

James’ capabilities run the gamut of project and construction types and settings. His skillset includes the ability to manage project planning, budgets and schedules, and to coolly attack problems to find creative solutions. In his 13-year career, he has worked on projects in healthcare, higher education, recreational, industrial and office design. Currently for NBA he is involved in multifamily housing, a community center and an educational facility.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in History of Technology and Society at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Professional Master of Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design.
