Rowan not only drives team performance but also grooms team members for the next level, trying to get the best out of participants to benefit the project and NBA. He concentrates on formulating design decisions that will result in a successful project.

With more than three decades of experience, Rowan has been a key designer, principal architect and senior project manager in markets spanning renovation and new construction on everything from offices and restaurants to residential and student and senior housing. Rowan is particularly skilled at integrating architecture, landscape and interior design to achieve the goal on which a project was conceived.

Having received his Bachelor of Architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology in 1980, Rowan is a Registered Architect in Georgia, Connecticut, Illinois, Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi, a certified GC in Florida and NCARB certified. He joined NBA in 1995.

After a 29 year career with NBA, Rowan retired in April 2024.
