Interior Design Associate
Location: Atlanta Office
Niles Bolton Associates is seeking an Interior Design Associate (full-time entry level) to join our dynamic studio. As an established firm, licensed in all 50 states with active projects in 30 states, we offer the resources of a large firm while operating daily as smaller, family-oriented studios. Working on a multitude of project types including multifamily, corporate, hospitality, aviation and retail, the firm is very active in the design community and supports many diverse affinity groups. Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client and team on interior design projects including programming end-user needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, specifications and complete contract documents.
Development of project design, research and implement building codes, and produce construction documentation.
Attend meetings with the project team, consultants, and client to discuss and develop the design.
Work within multiple project teams and effectively collaborate across disciplines.
Coordination with varied architects, consultants, clients, purchasing agents, fabricators and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives.
Produce designs and 3D models utilizing Revit. Enhanced rendering skills are also desired to elevate client presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture required.
Candidates with summer internships and Revit experience will have high consideration.
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
Driven professional with a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Base Salary: dependent on experience, certifications, portfolio and references
